Ill-informed

Short, sweet, but off-point. I very brief intro to the hobby riddled with over-simplification and, more disturbingly, misinformation. "Airlocks allow carbon MONOXIDE out of the fermenter"?! I know it's a seemingly small error, but that is the first of many. Plus, the intellectual authority of the author takes a huge hit when you see this kind of thing happening over and over again in such a small booklet. Take it all with a grain of salt, then go read How to Brew and Joy of Homebrewing.

New world of brewing beer - seriously?

I can't be sure about you but this is opening for me whole new world. It is not that I never heard about the home brewing beer but , so simple??? Really?? `I mean with the videos and simple and understandable approach, this book is game changing experience. Look, problem I have now is to squeeze this action plan in my busy schedule but as it looks I will go for it. Anyone interested in brewing beer at home I think shouldn't miss this book!
